For Legends 2025, the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame entrusted ArsenMEDIA with the video production for its Toronto and Montreal ceremonies. The footage had to be worthy of a national event and reach the media within hours—some even before the show concluded.

Two cameras, redundant backups, and accelerated transfer
The Legends 2025 ceremonies brought together songwriters, artists, and renowned figures on stage for musical performances, tributes, and inductions. Every moment was unique: once a performance ended, there were no second takes.
The mandate went far beyond creating a highlight film. The footage had to be polished enough to represent a national-scale event, yet delivered quickly enough to meet press and television deadlines.
In Montreal, certain sequences had to reach the media before a deadline shortly after the show ended. Waiting for the final performance to begin transfers would have been too late. We had to continue filming with two cameras while simultaneously securing, verifying, and delivering the footage already captured.

The introduction and initial performances were secured and transmitted without interrupting coverage of the subsequent moments. Press teams were able to begin their work before the evening had fully concluded.
Sequences from both cameras provided the material intended for the press. The images produced by ArsenMEDIA were notably broadcast on TVA as part of the show Salut Bonjour.
Following the ceremonies, ArsenMEDIA also quickly produced recap videos to extend their reach beyond the immediate media coverage.
